Brian Wiggins

Mr. Brian Wiggins serves as SAI's Managing Partner and is responsible for managing SAI's Directors and Associates, SAI's Gold Standard Customer Service, and the development of new business territories.  

Brian was a highly recruited high school student athlete and received a scholarship to Texas Southern University (TSU) in Houston, TX. He was an outstanding student athlete, earning his Bachelors AND Masters Degrees from TSU.

Brian started his career with New Orleans in the Arena Football League. He then went on to play in the CFL with the Calgary Stampeders and QB Doug Flutie. In 1992, he was the Western Division Rookie of the Year and was on the Grey Cup Championship team. In 1993, he set a CFL record for receptions in a single game (16), a record that still stands. Brian went on to the NFL and played with the Carolina Panthers for two seasons (1995-1996).

After football, Brian owned and operated First Choice Mortgage. He became a successful real estate investor, purchasing and developing several properties in the Houston area. 

He also owns the Houston Energy, a professional women's football team. He currently serves as its Director of Football Operations and Head Coach. The Energy has been to the league's Super Bowl 5 out of the last 10 years, winning it three times. Brian also serves as a mortgage consultant for one of the nation's largest lending institutions .
